Harold Asbreuk

Harold specialises in tax litigation, including objections, appeals and cassation proceedings concerning tax assessments.

He advises clients not only during investigations by the tax inspector and/or the Fiscal Intelligence and Investigation Service, but also in disputes with the tax collector concerning outstanding liabilities.

Following his studies, he worked at Nooteboom c.s. from 1989 until 1999.

Harold teaches procedural tax law at the EFS (European Fiscal Studies) Foundation of Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also contributes articles on procedural tax law topics to the NDFR.
